9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
